work slapstick

Check out this two (out of numerous) funny moments that happened at work. Ha!

Ring
We were in the middle of a team meeting when one of the executives noticed something and he blurted out in a serious voice.

“I forgot my wedding ring!”

We looked at him with amused expression. Then he said again:
“I’m single today!” (Then laughed loudly)

Then he saw the marked of the ring, he again said:
“Oh no, the ring mark is visible.”

I’m not sure if he was disappointed or what but it sure livened up the meeting.

Nasir Nathan
Here’s the chat convo:

Me: Is there already a production login for HC?
Nasir: Pardon me?
Me: HC Deals production login
Nasir: I have no idea. What are you talking about?

I was seriously wondering why he doesn’t know because I was just discussing with him about a similar scenario but with a different client.

Then it hit me that I was talking to a different person.

Me: Oh sorry. I meant to ask Nathan. 🙂

Darn. Their names are really close.

Careful careful! 😉

see even the baby likes it!

heartwarming words

Not finding the huge chunk of testimonials that I saved before made me feel uneasy. I know, I know… it’s not a big deal… however, I want to fill up my love cup (click here to read the love cup blog entry). :p

I tried to recall my login details, opened the Friendster page and typed this and that. After a couple of trial and error with the login name and password, I managed to get in. Ha! Don’t raise your eyebrows, I’m still in a “muni muni” (mulling over things) mode (see related article “mull over”), therefore, I’m going to post another testimonial from my Friendster account. :p

Here you go:
“From the very start I made in her class, an impression hit me, she’s not like other teachers I’ve met before, I mean, theres something in her that makes her… so cool. .As they say, first impression lasts… but I really don’t know why? , or how she does “MAGIC” whenever we had studying sessions. I mean, shes’ strict (as in fairly strict ) but at the same time, so cool. Shes like Prof. Dumbledore & Prof. Mcgonagall rolled into one &, not to mention she’s also a certified “FASHIONISTA”. All I can say is, she really makes use of her “petite-“ness, & uses it very good. Get to know her better & u’ll find her cute, Tell her about your crush & after a while you’ll find her giggle with you but try to enter her class & be late any of her rules, & you’ll be doomed! Well not because she humiliates student, but she will make you feel like you really did something wrong. I dont know what MAGIC spell does she do, but whatever it is, WE’RE LOVIN IT!!!!”

This testimonial made me giggle. I don’t know if I deserve the kind words.  At any rate, thanks Joey! Aja! 😉
